Booking Reservation

• The deposit is required to confirm reservation.

• The balance will be due 14 days before the check-in date.

• Reservations made 30 days or less before the check-in date, the full amount is due immediately (unless specified)

• For advanced reservations: If balance is not paid in full by the due date, the booking will be cancelled and the Owners will retain any payments made to date.

• The Primary Guest must be present at least 21 years of age to rent and be present during the entire stay.

• A rental agreement signed by Primary Guest and a valid photo ID is required. Due within 48 hours from booking. 

Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-In: 4:00 p.m.

• Check-Out: 11:00 a.m.

• Check-In instructions given 48 hours prior to arrival. 

• A $250 security deposit will be required upon arrival at property for incidentals. To be refunded within 10 days after check-out date, pending no damages or excessive cleaning required. 

During you Stay

• Concierge services can be provided to assist with the following:

- Transportation to and from the airport

   (additional fees)

- Excursion planning

- On-site cooking services, per request

   (additional daily rates)

- Daily Cleaning Services Provided

Payments

• Payments will be made via online payment systems only.

• No cash payments will be accepted. 

• The balance will be due 14 days before the check-in date, inclusive of local taxes and additional cleaning and sanitation fees.

• For reservations made via 3rd party sites (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, etc.), payment terms and conditions are governed by that respective site's policy.

• A $250 security deposit will be required upon arrival at property for incidentals. To be refunded within 10 days after check-out date.

House Rules

• The property should not be used by more than the number of people listed in your reservation.

• No illegal activity will be permitted. Sexual exploitation of minors is strictly prohibited. Violation of any kind will terminate the contract, and immediate evacuation of the property will be enforced. Local authorities will also be notified.

• No smoking is permitted inside the property. Smoking is ONLY permitted outdoors. Guests are responsible for the proper disposal of all smoking materials and waste. Any violation of the policy will result in significant cleaning fee and/or immediate termination of stay, with no refund.

• No pets allowed.

• All guests shall abide by good neighbor policy. Outdoor Quiet hours are from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m. Loud music is prohibited outdoors during these hours. 

• All guests shall maintain the condition and cleanliness of the property. Additional fees will be charged for damages.

• Guests concerns and/or complaints to be reported in writing, via text or email, AND before departure.
